This Privacy Policy explains how SOLARSHARE LTDA ("SOLARSHARE", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit solarsharequick.com, create an account, subscribe to shared solar energy quotas or use our online dashboard. Effective date: 2026-10-18.

SOLARSHARE runs an online platform. Through it, customers subscribe to generation quotas from solar plants and receive energy credits on their electricity bill. No panels are installed at the customer's property.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, e-mail, phone and billing address. When you choose to provide them, we also collect the details needed to set up your subscription, such as the address of the property linked to your electricity bill and information from your utility account or bill. We also keep the messages you send us.

Information collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, how you interact with our ads and website, and cookies and similar technologies.

Information from payment processors: confirmation and status of payment. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• create and manage your account;

• allocate your solar quota and track the related energy credits;

• show your credits and estimated savings month by month in your dashboard;

• process subscription payments and send transactional messages, including renewal reminders;

• answer your requests, improve the website and prevent fraud.

With your consent where required, we also use it to send marketing and to measure advertising.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use the following technologies to measure visits and ad performance and to show relevant ads:

• Google Ads remarketing and conversion cookies;

• Google Analytics;

• the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (a server-to-server connection);

• the TikTok Pixel;

• the pixels and cookies of native ad networks Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak.

These tools may receive technical data such as pages viewed, events (for example, starting sign-up or completing a subscription), device and browser data, and hashed contact details where permitted.

We do NOT send health data or information about any personal condition to any advertising platform.

Sharing

We share information only in these cases:

• with providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payments, e-mail, analytics and the parties involved in allocating energy credits to your account;

• when required by law;

• in a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security
