Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your SOLARSHARE subscription. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-18.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the e-mail used on your account. You can also call +5571982150622.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Cancelling future renewals

Cancelling your subscription stops future automatic charges. It does not by itself request a refund of amounts already paid.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
