These Terms govern your use of solarsharequick.com, the SOLARSHARE platform and dashboard, and subscriptions purchased from SOLARSHARE LTDA ("SOLARSHARE"). By using the website you agree to them. Effective date: 2026-10-18.

The service and eligibility

SOLARSHARE offers subscriptions to quotas of generation from solar plants. The energy credits linked to your quota are applied to your electricity bill, and you can follow your credits and estimated savings in your online dashboard. No equipment is installed at your property.

You must be 18 or older to create an account or subscribe. You must provide accurate information, including the details of the electricity account to which credits will be applied.

Prices and payment

The full subscription price, billing interval and any other charges are shown in local currency on the plan page and at checkout, before you confirm. Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically, at the price and interval shown before purchase, until you cancel. Before an automatic renewal, we send a reminder to the e-mail on your account, as required by applicable automatic-renewal laws.

You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting our support. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

No guarantee of savings

Energy credits and savings depend on factors we do not control, such as solar generation, weather, your consumption, your utility's rules and billing cycles, and applicable tariffs.

Savings shown on the website or in the dashboard are estimates. We do not promise specific outcomes or any particular amount of savings.

Intellectual property

All content on the website and dashboard belongs to SOLARSHARE or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
